The Gravograph machine is perfect for engraving, Front panels, marking parts, Industrial signage. It can be used on most materials and is mainly used by us to engrave stainless steel keys fobs. The IS400 machine is equipped with automatic surface sensors and laser beam which make it simple to use and easy to position the engraver on the engravable object. The IS400 allows you to engrave very large items by simply adapting the volume base.
The design, robustness and capabilities of the IS400 give it some huge advantages: reliability, quality and efficiency. Plus, its performance electronics optimise turnaround times. The adjustable rotation speed of 11 000-20 000 rpm allows you to work on different materials.
Design
Solid works – We invested in solid works to allow us to further help our customers by being able to help in the design faze of products. Using solid works we can produce a 3D visual of the product and technical drawings.
Auto desk Featurecam – Featurecam is used to speed up the programming for component allowing us to be more efficient with time reducing the cost to customers.
