With our CNC mills we can provide both one off prototype work and large volume batch production.
These mills can produce high quality complex parts and due to the continual investment in the
latest equipment we have reduced cycle times and quality for our current customer base.
We have traditional 3 axis for low to mid volume as well as a twin pallet with rotary tables for high volume production.
Haas VF3 ss
The Haas high-performance Super-Speed vertical machining centres provide the high spindle speeds, fast rapids, and quick tool changes necessary for high-volume production and reduced cycle times.
Each SS machine features a 12,000-rpm, inline direct-drive spindle, an ultra-fast side-mount tool changer, and high-speed rapids on all axes. The VF-3SS has a bed size of 1000mm x 500mm and is used for our lower volume production work as well as larger sized one offs.
Brother 32BN-QT

The Brother 32BN-QT was brought as part of the new wave of investment by the company replacing two traditional 3 axis mills, looking for a high production mill that would deliver high quality and performance we worked with Whitehouse machine tools we decided on the Brother 32BN-QT.
The Brother is fitted with a twin pallet system to improve production, both pallets are fitted with Lehmann rotary table which again aid production by reducing the number of set ups required on complex parts. It is fitted with a 40-tool which enables this one machine to support machining requiring multiple tools, such as multi-face machining. In addition, tool replacement is not required even for machining of a variety products and frequent setup changes can be avoided .
It also features a rapid traverse rate of 70 m/min, Z-axis acceleration of 1.5G, X-axis acceleration of 1.2G, ATC time of 2.0 seconds to fully realize high productivity. It has a spindle speed of 16000rpm Which also allows us to run tooling at it optimum feed rate.

The XYZ 2-OP, a portable VMC designed and built to liberate your more expensive machine tools from the everyday drudgery of second operations. It has a 8 station system and is used for simple work and small prototype work.
